• Must have or obtain the MIAA Coaches Education Certification
• Must communicate effectively with school admin, faculty, parents, and student‑athletes
• Should supervise student‑athletes at all team events
• Should promote a positive learning environment for all team members
• Must have a flexible schedule for home games and buses for away games
