Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coaching indoor track at organized level (club, school, varsity).
• Knowledge of rules, strategies, and techniques of track and field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with administrators, parents, and students.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to NFHS coaching ethics and district policies.
• Lead practices and plan competition schedules.
• Monitor athletes' development and safety during events.
• Maintain equipment, uniforms, and records for the team.
• Attend meetings with Athletic Director and principal as required.
• Coordinate tryouts, selections, and team procedures.
