Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience, preferably in bowling or a related sport.
• Strong knowledge of bowling techniques, rules, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes to reach their potential.
• Strong organizational skills for managing practices and competitions.
• First Aid and CPR certification is preferred or must be obtained before the season starts.
• Background check required by district policies.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during the bowling season.
• High school diploma or equivalent; coaching certifications are a plus.

This seasonal position requires an individual who can foster a positive and competitive environment for student-athletes, develop their bowling skills, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the game, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to the overall development of the students both on and off the lanes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
