Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement and follow through on an athletic program management plan for the boys basketball program.
• Coordinate athletic planning, program development and assessment focusing on student-athletes' performance and leadership development.
• Prepare student-athletes for competition and develop training/conditioning and skills development programs.
• Maintain standards of team behavior and adherence to rules and policies of governing bodies.
• Collaborate with the athletic department, head coach, staff and students to support retention and leadership development.
