Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year coaching experience at high school, middle school or club level.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement and oversee the middle school track program.
• Coordinate athletic planning and development focused on student-athlete growth.
• Prepare student-athletes for competition.
• Develop training and skills development programs.
• Maintain standards of team conduct and adherence to rules.
• Ensure compliance with governing bodies' policies (e.g., WPIAL/PIAA).
• Collaborate with the Athletic Director and other coaches to achieve department goals.
• Support retention and promote teamwork, leadership and academic development.
