Responsibilities

• Provide Christian leadership and coaching to all players.
• Provide instruction in all phases of the game.
• Work with student-athletes to improve personal and teamwork skills.
• Provide guidance and encouragement to help students profit from participation.
• Maintain compliance with school, VCAC and VISAA rules and policies.
• Promote proper use and care of school property.
• Communicate effectively with team, staff, parents, admin and media.
• Participate in athletic department fund-raisers.
• Monitor health and safety practices and maintain attendance/punctuality.
