Job summary

Nature's Bakery is seeking a hands-on Variety Pack Coordinator to coordinate daily operations of the Variety Pack and Palletizer assets at our Salt Lake City facility. You will partner with Operations, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality and Food Safety to sustain safe, efficient production and meet daily goals.

You will monitor asset performance, support staffing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining thorough records and clear communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, packaging, production, warehousing, or related field.
• Experience operating, coordinating, or supporting production/packaging equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including production systems and Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Food Safety, Warehouse, and other support functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Variety Pack and Palletizer assets.
• Assist staffing, work assignments, production schedules, and daily priorities.
• Communicate priorities and changes to the team.
• Ensure assets are prepared for startup and operate efficiently.
• Monitor flow of finished products, packaging materials, pallets, and supplies.
• Serve as primary operational/technical contact for Variety Pack and Palletizer areas.
• Identify barriers and coordinate with support teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and shift documentation.
• Provide handoffs to the next shift with status and issues.
