Job summary

Nature's Bakery is seeking a hands-on Variety Pack Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of the Variety Pack and Palletizer assets at our manufacturing facility. You will support safe, efficient production, build team capability, and coordinate staffing and priorities to meet daily goals.

You will act as a technical resource for safety, quality, and adherence to policies, partnering with Operations, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality, and Food Safety teams to maintain smooth product flow and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, packaging, production, warehousing, or related field.
• Experience operating, coordinating, or supporting production or packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of Variety Pack and Palletizer assets.
• Organize staffing, work assignments, production schedules, changeovers, breaks, and priorities.
• Communicate priorities and changes to team; ensure startup readiness and efficient operation.
• Manage flow of finished products, packaging materials, pallets and supplies.
• Serve as primary operational/technical contact for associates in the assets areas.
• Identify barriers and coordinate with support teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records and complete system transactions and shift documentation.
• Provide clear handoffs to the following shift with status, downtime and quality notes.
