Job summary

Nature’s Bakery in Salt Lake City, UT is hiring for a general laborer/manufacturing operator. Shift is Monday to Friday from 6am to 2:30pm.

Join a fast-growing snack brand within the Mars family of companies to support variety packs, warehouse collaboration, batching, and equipment operation. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying temperatures, and use ERP systems for material handling and batching paperwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with ERP systems for material handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help focus on variety pack.
• Partner with warehouse and production to support project needs.
• Warehouse tasks and items as needed to support warehouse dept.
• Measure and Mix with precision, ensuring every batch meets our high standards.
• Operating Equipment: safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment.
• Championing Safety and Quality by following strict guidelines.
• Managing Materials using ERP system for material handling and batching paperwork.
• Work with and sanitize heavy machinery and equipment.
