Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Varicent Developer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and maintaining Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Varicent ICM models, including dashboards, reports, and workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Perform data integration, validation, and troubleshooting within the Varicent platform.
Support deployment, testing, and documentation of Varicent solutions.
Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Varicent ICM development and administration.
Strong understanding of sales compensation processes and rules.
Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Experience with scripting and automation within Varicent.
