The certifications and fitness classes include but are not limited to:* All LesMills formats* Yoga* Pilates* Pilates Reformer* Zumba* Indoor Cycle/Spinning* TRX* Tai Chi* Qigong* BarreThis position is directly supervised by the Fitness Specialist and Fitness Coordinator, and will assist in a variety of areas, including, but not limited to:* Instruct one or more of the above specialty fitness classes for various participant levels.* For LesMills and Zumba: Must teach the pre-choreographed programs without adding their own exercises.* Educate participants on proper and safe exercise form.* Enforce policies and procedures in group fitness activity areas.
