Summary of Position

Greet all guests upon arrival, provide excellent customer service with an upbeat personality and warm smile. This is a part‑time, non‑exempt position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guest upon arrival and thank them as they leave.
• Must be able to process cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring accurate calculation of bills and change for guests.
• Cashiers must efficiently handle incoming orders, accurately input into the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Familiarity with the restaurant’s menu offerings, including meats and accompanying sides, to effectively describe items and recommend additional purchases to enhance the guest dining experience.
• Answer phone and provide superior customer service.
• Prioritize important tasks and manage time effectively.
• Maintain a clean, neat, stocked work area.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining beverage and dessert areas at cashier station.
• Pour Alcoholic Beverages.
• Serve desserts and sides as necessary.
• Clean restaurant dining areas when assigned.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management team.
