Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• BBQ restaurant experience preferred.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and thank them on departure.
• Process cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately.
• Input orders into the POS and coordinate with team.
• Describe menu items and upsell to guests.
• Answer phones and provide superior customer service.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and assist beverage/dessert areas.
• Be available to fill in as needed for smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
