Job summary

Inglewood Unified School District is seeking dynamic, creative, and student-centered Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) Facilitators to provide engaging arts learning experiences for students across District schools and programs. VAPA Facilitators may teach Music, Visual Art, Theatre, Dance, or multiple disciplines, with assignments varying by site, grade, hours, and duration.

VAPA Facilitators are at-will, unrepresented hourly employees.

Qualifications

• Experience with education or enrichment in one or more VAPA disciplines.
• Ability to engage diverse student populations with inclusive, developmentally appropriate instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging arts learning experiences across District schools.
• Collaborate with school staff to plan and deliver instruction.
• Identify VAPA disciplines in which they possess sufficient knowledge and experience.
