Sonsray in Vernon, CA is seeking a Van Conversion Craftsman responsible for transforming commercial cargo vans into fully refrigerated vehicles. This role involves structural modifications, framing, insulation, and interior installations while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in van conversions, vehicle upfitting, or a related mechanical trade preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Transform commercial cargo vans into refrigerated vehicles by completing structural modifications.
• Install framing, flooring, walls, and ceilings according to company specifications.
• Safely operate hand tools and perform quality inspections throughout the build process.
