VITAL RECORDS CONTROL COMPANIES is seeking a Driver I (Van) to operate company vans for service routes, pickups, and deliveries while maintaining strict chain-of-custody and safety standards.

The role requires a valid license, PIT certification, and a commitment to accuracy. This foundational driver position supports operational execution and customer service excellence in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Drivers must maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vans to support route coverage, pickups, and deliveries.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts, order pickers, electric pallet jacks).
• Work directly with customers to fulfill service requests.
• Conduct and document pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Immediately report on or off duty accidents, citations, or license status changes.
• Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
• Meet established productivity, timeliness, and accuracy standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Assist team members and support operational needs.
• Follow all operational protocols.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
