Job summary

Oak Creek Rehabilitation Center in Kimberly, ID is actively looking to hire a part-time Van Driver/Transportation Specialist. Our SNF cares for geriatric patients and aims to safely discharge them to the next level of care.

You will coordinate patient appointments, load and transport patients, and may supervise a part-time driver. A reliable, organized person with a clean driving record and a HS diploma is required; CNA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Prior driving experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• 25+ years of age
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs. to a height of 3 to 4 feet and be able to push, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 200 feet
• CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) certification preferred
• Current driver license, clean driving record
• High School Diploma
• Prior drivers experience desired but not required
