Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Prior driving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient doctor and other appointments.
• Load/unload geriatric patients into facility transport vehicle.
• Transport patients to/from doctor and other appointments.
• Potentially supervise a part-time driver.
