Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Van Driver in Simpsonville, SC. The role provides safe transportation for residents on a scheduled basis and for special trips through the activity department. You will help develop routes, maintain logs, and keep the vehicle clean and safe.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED, a clean DMV record, a valid driver’s license for the vehicle type, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Flexibility for weekend/evening shifts is needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a safe driving record and provide a copy of DMV record to Executive Director.
• Must have current driver’s license designated to permit operating the type of vehicle used by the community.
• Must be polite and considerate of residents, visitors, co-workers and supervisor.
• Must be organized and willing to work with others as part of a team.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of performing job duties.
• Must be able to ascend and descend stairs frequently, operate a wheelchair lift, and push a resident in a wheelchair.
• Must be able to represent the residence in a professional manner with neat dress and courteous manner.

Responsibilities
