Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a Transportation Concierge/Van Driver to provide safe van transportation for residents on a scheduled basis and for special trips coordinated through the activity department. Duties include route planning, mileage and expense logs, vehicle upkeep, and assisting with activities as needed.

The role requires a valid driver7s license, a clean DMV record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a safe driving record and provide a copy of DMV record to Executive Director.
• Must have current drivers license designated to permit operating the type of vehicle used by the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation services to residents on a scheduled basis and for special trips.
• Assist in developing routes and schedules based on resident needs.
• Maintain mileage log, repair log, and trip/expense records as required.
• Keep van clean inside and out and report accidents/incidents to supervisor.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings and assist with activities as assigned.
