Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at South Hills is seeking a Driver who will transport patients to and from the facility and to off-site appointments. Besides driving, you will work as a CNA on the floor to ensure full-time hours and patient care coverage.

You will uphold safety and cleanliness of vehicles, document trips, and collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• CNA training or certification preferred.
• Experience transporting patients is preferred.
• Ability to document transport details accurately.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to and from patients' residences, medical offices, and off-site appointments.
• Maintain accurate transportation records, including arrival and departure times and any incidents.

As a Driver at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at South Hills, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation of patients to and from our facility, as well as to off-site medical appointments. When you are not driving the van, you will be on the floor as a CNA making sure you are getting your full-time hours.

As a Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Safely transporting patients to and from our facility, as well as to off-site medical appointments


• Maintaining accurate records of patient transportation, including arrival, departure, and any incidents or issues that occur during transport


• Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle at all times


• Interacting with patients, families, and staff in a professional and courteous manner


• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
