Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be 25+ to drive company vehicles in PA.
• Familiar with GPS devices and local area roads.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be available for weekend/night shifts.
• High school diploma required; professional, courteous disposition.

Responsibilities

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
• Ensure residents arrive at appointments in a timely manner.
• Assist residents with getting onto the transport vehicle.
• Monitor traffic and weather to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
• Keep car seats clean and comfortable for riders.
• Schedule regular car service and report issues as appropriate.
• Book car wash and detailing to maintain cleanliness.

Kadima Health and Nursing at Cheswick is looking to hire a Van Driver to join our team!

Our mission at Kadima Health and Nursing at Cheswick is to offer quality care to our residents, and to provide for them a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.

We are looking for a Driver to transport residents in a comfortable, safe and timely manner. Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record with no traffic violations and meet the minimum age requirement of 25 for driving company vehicles in PA. Note that you don’t need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles.
