Job summary

Evergreen Retirement Community in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is seeking a Casual Call Van Driver to transport residents to appointments, errands, and activities. You will ensure a friendly, safe, and respectful experience, assist passengers in and out of the vehicle, and maintain vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Acceptable driving record (no DUI/OWI in past 5 years).
• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs; training provided if needed.

What You'll Do:

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, errands, and activities
• Provide a warm, friendly, and respectful experience for every passenger
• Assist residents in and out of the van as needed
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll
• Communicate with staff about schedule changes or special accommodations

What You Bring:

• A valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record (including no DUI/OWIs within the past 5 years)
• A big heart and a helpful attitude
• Great time-management and communication skills
• Ability to assist individuals with mobility challenges (we'll train you if needed!)

Casual Call Drivers fill in for vacation time and outing trips. You get to pick the shifts or events you work based on your availability.

Hourly wage range (based on experience): $14.27-$17.13
