Job summary

OTO Development is hiring a Van Driver to transport hotel guests safely and reliably. You will pick up and drop off passengers per schedule, operate the van under diverse conditions, and keep interiors clean for passenger comfort.

The role requires driving with a valid license, strong communication, and excellent customer service. Up to 90% travel is expected, primarily in the local area, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using a GPS system.
• Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing most days?

• Provide safe dependable, reliable transportation guests of the hotel

• Operate vehicle in a variety of traffic and weather conditions
• Keep van interiors clean for passengers
• Follow relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation

What are the requirements for this position?

• You are at least 25 years of age and a valid driver’s license
• You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• You are able to follow instructions with minimal supervision
• You have experience using a GPS system
• You have strong customer service and problem resolution skills

Physical Requirements for this Position

You must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates.

Travel Requirements

This position requires up to 90% travel. Travel will generally be in the local area.
