Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Van Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for hotel guests. You will pick up and drop off passengers on time, operate the van in various conditions, and maintain a clean interior. This role requires excellent communication and GPS skills, with travel up to 90% in the local area.

The position reports to the General Manager and is offered by a hotel management company known for guest service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Experience using a GPS system.
• Strong customer service and problem-resolution skills.

What will you be doing most days?

• Provide safe dependable, reliable transportation guests of the hotel
• Pick up and drop off passengers at regularly scheduled locations, following strict time schedules
• Operate vehicle in a variety of traffic and weather conditions
• Keep van interiors clean for passengers
• Follow relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation

What are the requirements for this position?

• You are at least 25 years of age and a valid driver’s license
• You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• You are able to follow instructions with minimal supervision
• You have experience using a GPS system
• You have strong customer service and problem resolution skills

Physical Requirements For This Position

You must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates.

Travel Requirements

This position requires up to 90% travel. Travel will generally be in the local area.
