You will assist residents in boarding and alighting, operate and maintain the facility van, and communicate with the nursing team to coordinate schedules. A valid driver's license and a safety-minded approach are required; prior passenger-van experience or senior care background is a plus.
We are looking for a dependable, compassionate Van Driver to join our team and provide safe, friendly transportation for our residents. This isn't just a driving job. You're helping our residents get where they need to go and helping them stay connected to their healthcare and families.
Safely transport residents to/from medical appointments, activities
Assist residents with getting safely in and out of the vehicle as needed
Operate and maintain the facility van safely and responsibly
Coordinate schedules and communicate with nursing and other team members
Help residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their trip
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
Flexibility with your schedule
Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
Comfortable wworking with older adults and individuals with mobilty needs
Previous experience driving a passenger van or working with seniors is a plus
