As a member of the Engagement Team, you will maintain the van, assist residents with boarding, and communicate clearly with staff and residents while providing reliable transportation. A background screening is required, and the role offers benefits supporting growth and happiness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and events.

Van Driver Job Summary

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of our residents. As a Van Driver, you'll contribute to the well-being of our community members by providing reliable transportation for various activities and appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and community events.
• Ensure the comfort and well-being of passengers during transit.
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting the van safely.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the van, conducting routine inspections.
• Assist in community programs and activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and community members.
• Report any issues or incidents promptly.
• Uphold a friendly and helpful demeanor to create a positive experience for residents.
