Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Enjoy working with the elderly.
  • If operating company vehicle you must be twenty-one (21) years of age, have a valid driver's license, and ability to obtain CDL license within six (6) months of hire.
  • Able to read and understand maps and routing information.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for passengers during transport, providing care in a manner which ensures resident satisfaction.
  • Follows assigned schedule, makes adjustments to meet unanticipated changes, while considering the needs of the resident and requirements of the facility. Communicates these changes to appropriate parties.
  • Operates equipment safely and in compliance with vehicle licensing regulations.
  • Maintains and completes daily required records i.e., Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections, gasoline purchases.

Pay Range: $20.00-$26.00
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs. Located in Landham, this community offers convenient access to Washington, D.C. while maintaining a welcoming, suburban feel.
