Job summary

Hospitality Management Corporation in Hearne, TX seeks a Van Driver for Baymont Inn & Suites of Hearne to transport guests safely and professionally. Duties include loading luggage, keeping the van clean, and performing basic inspections; we expect punctual, courteous service daily.

Starting pay is $11.00/hour with a benefits package and opportunities for advancement as the company grows. This on-site role supports guest experiences at the Baymont Inn & Suites Hearne.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a van safely and responsibly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable with punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the company van to transport guests to designated locations safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
