Haverhill Crossings is looking for a compassionate part-time Van Driver to join our team! The Van Driver is responsible for providing transportation for community residents, assisting in planning, coordinating, and implementing all activities requiring van transportation.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Benchmark Senior Living. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $18.50/hr - $19.75/hr

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicles according to warranty requirements and/or internal maintenance plans to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Act as an Activity Assistant during excursions, staying with the group except when parking the van.
• Transport residents to medical appointments, outings, and shopping trips.
• Monitor resident activity and alert staff when assistance is necessary to ensure resident safety.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Interest in elderly care and knowledge of servicing their needs.
• Experience in activities/recreational roles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
