Day Habilitation Specialist and Passenger Van Driver - $2,000 Sign On Bonus

Join our team as a Day Habilitation Specialist and Passenger Van Driver at Human Services Management Corporation.

This full-time, entry-level position offers an hourly wage of $20.00-$21.00, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Job Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with developmental and other disabilities by planning and conducting therapeutic and skill-building activities.
  • Work with an interdisciplinary team including therapists, case managers, and medical staff.
  • Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining a clean driving record, passing drug screenings, and operating 16-passenger vans.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license and a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the U.S.
  • Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Must be at least 19 years old and have a safe driving record.
