This position involves:

1. Greeting guests warmly upon interaction.
2. Transporting guests safely to and from the airport or other locations using shuttle vans or other vehicles.
3. Providing information about the local community upon request.
4. Loading and unloading guest luggage and materials.
5. Completing transportation logs.
6. Reporting vehicle mechanical issues immediately.
7. Obeying traffic laws and following transportation procedures.
8. Working towards increasing guest satisfaction scores.
9. Performing as a Bell Attendant during staffing shortages or peak check-in/out periods.
10. Practicing safe work habits and wearing protective safety equipment.
11. Ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
12. Performing other duties as assigned by management.

This role also includes driving the hotel shuttle within the local area. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, with no serious infractions. The physical requirements include sitting for extended periods, driving, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and reaching.
