Emerson in Aiken, SC, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the production and testing of valves, pressure switches, and assemblies. You will manage schedules, ensure on-time delivery, and collaborate across functions to drive quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field plus five years in manufacturing or technical service
• Minimum one year of budget experience or demonstrated ability to manage budgets
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and employees
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment
• Excellent familiarity with general assembly operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and test of valves, pressure switches, and sub-assemblies
• Maintain production schedules and customer service for all products
• Coordinate operation of Assembly bays and ensure on-time service
• Coordinate Assembly Engineering department and implement improvement projects
• Provide training and guidance to assigned personnel
• Identify and implement equipment and tooling improvements for safety and efficiency
• Create short- and long-term improvement plans
• Perform tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company policies
