Job summary

Danfoss in Easley, SC is seeking a 1st shift assembler to oversee the complete assembly process within a designated cell, from initial setup through final testing. This role operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with TPM/SMED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and position valves into assembly fixtures with precision.
• Ensure production targets are consistently achieved and notify supervisor of shortages.
• Interpret and adhere to engineering blueprints, work instructions, and orders.
• Operate assembly and torque tools; inspect and repair valves to meet specs.
