Job summary

Pioneer Industrial Corporation is seeking a dedicated technician to support valve repair and maintenance across workshops and field sites. You will follow safety protocols, disassemble, assemble, and certify valve components per manuals, and document procedures in our systems.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, use hand and power tools, and occasionally travel for field assignments. A forklift certification and clear driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Ability to learn our trade and operate hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Operate equipment such as hoists, sand blaster, parts washer, and torch.
• Disassemble valves per manufacturer manuals without damaging parts.
• Document and enter job data into ValvKeep database and capture photos.
• Coordinate with office staff on repair requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment.
• Assist in field assignments as needed.
• Possibility to climb and work at various elevations.
• Operate a motor vehicle as required.
• Attend job and safety trainings as necessary.
