Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Valve Technician to assemble and test automated valve packages, troubleshoot systems, and support field/service projects. The role emphasizes safe, efficient work in an automation center with regular collaboration across sales, management and warehouse teams.

Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with overtime and potential weekend work. Travel up to 25% may be required, including overnight stays for field projects, based on business needs and location.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience preferred.
• Valve & actuator industrial experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ with valid state license and DOT medical card.
• Ability to read and understand customer data and schematics.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automated valve packages and follow SOPs.
• Set up, use and maintain tools in the automation center.
• Interact with inside/outside sales, management and warehouse staff.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated valve systems in-house and on-site.
• Assist in developing automated valve sales training.
