Ferguson is seeking a Valve Technician to assemble automated packages and support valve automation projects. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration with sales and warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read technical data and schematics. This full-time on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computers and ability to read and understand customer technical data and schematics.
• Valve and actuator industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and meet order deadlines.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assemble automated packages following SOPs and maintain a safe workspace.
• Set up, use, and maintain tools and equipment in the automation center.
• Interact professionally with inside/outside sales, management and warehouse staff.
• Address customer questions and concerns about automated packages.
• Troubleshoot packages in-house and on-site as needed for repairs.
