Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Valve Technician to assemble automated valve packages and conduct testing in our automation center. You will interact with sales, management and customers, troubleshoot field and in-house packages, and help develop valve sales training programs.

The role requires 21+ with a valid DOT medical card, ability to read schematics, and willingness to travel up to 40%. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of valve/actuator experience preferred.
• Ability to read customer technical data and schematics.
• Must be 21+ with valid state license; DOT medical card required.
• Strong multi-tasking, time management, and organization.
• Willingness to travel 25–40%.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automated packages and follow SOPs in the automation center.
• Set up, operate, and maintain tools and equipment for valve automation.
• Interact with inside/outside sales, management and customers.
• Troubleshoot automated packages in house and in the field.
• Assist in developing automated valve sales training program.
• Perform functional testing and data recording; travel as needed.
