Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn valve service procedures.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in both shop and field environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with incoming inspection, tagging, and documentation of relief valves and components.
• Support teardown, cleaning, and prep of PRVs, control valves, ball valves, actuators, and related parts.
• Organize replacement parts and repair kits for rebuild operations.
• Assist in hydrostatic, pneumatic, and bench testing setups and record readings.
• Prepare service trucks and tools for field work; maintain safety standards.
