AWC, Inc. is seeking a Service Planner to coordinate valve service jobs in our Texas operations. You’ll manage job scheduling, work orders, technician dispatch, and customer communication to ensure timely, high-quality service in both shop and field settings.

The role emphasizes expanding service opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and collaborating with Inside Sales and Field Service to drive revenue growth. A relevant background and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in service coordination or operations support in industrial valve/services.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to identify follow-on service opportunities with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams and customers.
• Proactive leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive intake, scheduling, tracking, execution, and post-service feedback for valve service jobs.
• Coordinate field and shop service orders and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Field Service to expand service scope and revenue.
• Prepare documentation, work orders, and compliance for field projects.
• Support billing, parts procurement, and cost control for service jobs.
