Job summary

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation in Liberty, SC is seeking a Production Technician for the Valve Department on 3rd shift. You will set up, adjust, and verify programming for CNC and assembly equipment to support valve production.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of GD&T, CAD/CAM tools, and strict safety practices. You will maintain records, perform first piece checks, and participate in 5S and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up CNC and assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Knowledge of GD&T and measurement tools.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
• Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.
• Commitment to safety practices and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and verify CNC and assembly operations.
• Follow programs, drawings, and set-up instructions to define tooling and calibrations.
• Identify and report programming or process errors; collaborate with Maintenance/Engineering.
• Support new product launches including first article and production stages.
• Perform first piece checks and maintain quality records.
• Maintain 5S program and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
