Job summary

ASC Engineered Solutions, LLC in Liberty, SC is seeking a Valve Assembler to join our Production team on all shifts. This onsite role involves assembling and testing fire protection valves from blueprints, ensuring quality and safety in a climate-controlled environment.

You will follow PPE guidelines, read schematics, and work collaboratively with Engineering to troubleshoot and improve assemblies. Expect competitive hourly pay and full benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and/or description.
• Use gauges and valves to assemble and identify improvement possibilities.
• Hand tools and large machines handling experience.
• Strong math skills including algebra and geometry.
• Familiarity with machines and basic computing.
• Knowledge of standard safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe workplace and follow PPE guidelines.
• Analyze orders and blueprints to determine required materials.
• Collect and match parts, files, and serial numbers.
• Assemble components within a valve.
• Occasionally test new product parts for Engineering.
• Maintain 5S and keep the area clean and safe.
