Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation is seeking a Production Technician for the Valve department on the 3rd shift in Liberty, SC. You will set up, adjust, and verify CNC and assembly equipment, following established programs and drawings to ensure compliant production.

You will diagnose issues, implement tooling changes, and perform preventive maintenance while maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the department.

Qualifikationen

• Must demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills needed.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems systematically.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication; good reading comprehension.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, GD&T, and tolerances.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools and basic PLC concepts.

Aufgaben

• Promote a safe workplace and comply with all safety rules and PPE.
• Operate CNC, manual, and automated equipment per programs and specs.
• Identify and report programming or operation errors and collaborate with maintenance.
• Support new product launches including first article and production stages.
• Troubleshoot and adjust tooling, offsets, and calibrations to correct deviations.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Suggest tooling and process improvements for efficiency.
• Perform first piece quality checks with precision tools.
• Maintain records for maintenance, downtime, and process logs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and manage related projects.
• Keep area clean and safe per the company's 5S program.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
