Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Valve and Cartridge line within Moen. Based in Deerfield, IL, this hybrid role partners with engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations to translate customer insights into a compelling product strategy and market-leading fluid-control solutions.

You will own roadmaps, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support launches, pricing, and channel strategies while traveling up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in product management or engineering leadership for high-volume manufactured products.
• Experience in plumbing, kitchen & bath or valve/fluid-control technologies.
• Understanding of sealing technologies and flow performance.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic product plans aligning performance, pricing, and supply chain with long-term goals.
• Lead new product development and innovation through the stage-gate process.
• Build relationships with external customers to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Analytics, and Finance to evaluate pricing and channels.
• Support GTM strategies with input on product and business decisions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality on launches and performance.
• Advocate for customer voice by understanding needs and market trends.
• Communicate strategies clearly to stakeholders and train/align teams.
• Travel to meet customers and partners as needed (≈15%).
• Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
