Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is leading the Valve and Cartridge product line within the Moen water brand. This role drives growth for valves and cartridges, shaping product strategies and roadmaps to meet customer and business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide development, pricing, and channel strategies while maintaining a strong customer focus and technical SME knowledge of fluid-control technologies.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in plumbing developing high-volume consumer, commercial, or automotive products that use fluid-control systems.
• Background in building products, home improvement, or durable goods; experience in both B2C and B2B environments.
• Familiarity with connected product technologies or smart home categories.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic product plans by aligning performance, pricing, and supply chain with long-term goals.
• Guide new product development and innovation initiatives through the full stage-gate process.
• Build relationships with external customers to identify opportunities for category growth.
• Collaborate with Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Analytics, and Finance on channel dynamics and pricing.
• Contribute to go-to-market approaches and shape product and business decisions.
• Coordinate with Operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality) for launches and performance monitoring.
• Advocate for customer voice by understanding needs, preferences, and trends.
• Communicate strategies and priorities clearly to stakeholders.
• Support sales teams with training and industry event participation.
