Fortune Brands is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Valve and Cartridge product line within the Moen water brand. You will shape product strategies, align offerings with channels and pricing, and drive the roadmap from concept to shelf.

You will collaborate with Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Analytics, and Finance to inform decisions, support launches, and build compelling marketing materials. Occasional travel and a strong technical acumen are required.

Qualifikationen

• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in plumbing developing high-volume consumer, commercial, or automotive products that incorporate fluid control systems.
• Background in building products, home improvement, or durable goods. Experience with both B2C and B2B product environments.
• Familiarity with connected product technologies or smart home categories.

• Develop strategic product plans aligning performance, pricing, and supply chain with long-term goals.
• Guide new product development and innovation through full stage-gate process with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with external customers to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work with Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Analytics, and Finance to understand channel dynamics and pricing strategies.
• Contribute to go-to-market approaches and guide product-related decisions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to support launches and monitor performance.
• Advocate for customer voice by understanding needs and market trends.
• Communicate strategies clearly to stakeholders and provide training to teams.
• Travel occasionally to support field sales and partnerships.
