Job summary

Fortune Brands is seeking a Product Manager for the Valve and Cartridge line within Moen. You will translate customer insights, market trends, and technical requirements into a compelling product strategy and roadmap, partnering with engineering to deliver reliable, market-leading fluid-control solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive launches and growth across plumbing products, with a hybrid work arrangement in Deerfield, IL.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
3-5+ years of proven experience in product management or engineering leadership for high-volume products.
Experience in plumbing, kitchen & bath, or water delivery valve/ cartridge tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic product plans aligning performance, pricing, and supply chain with long-term goals.
Guide new product development and innovation through the stage-gate process.
Build collaborative relationships with external customers to identify growth opportunities.
Work with Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Analytics, and Finance to understand channels and pricing.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies by guiding product and business decisions.
