Qualifications

• Leadership in cross‑functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Experience leading valve or industrial design projects with a safety‑reliant mindset.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, FEA, CFD, MS Project, and Excel for design and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new valve and actuator products from concept through production.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver within time and budget.
• Conduct research to develop core technologies and improve Bray’s products.
• Identify and manage technical risks in the development process.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices.
