Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking a reliable Cell Operator to assemble and test valves and components on-site. You will follow ATI instructions, package parts, and maintain quality records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires manual dexterity and attention to detail, with basic reading and writing in English. On-site work with standard production hours and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Must have manual dexterity and ability to follow instructions.
• Detail-oriented with attention to labeling and documentation.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Follow prescribed ATI's (Assemble test instructions) to maintain quality.
• Test and package valves and components in boxes and master cartons with labels.
• Complete production records, recaps and quality control documents.
• Perform continuous repetitive assembling of valves and subparts.
• Maintain housekeeping to meet safety and environmental standards.
• Report safety or quality concerns immediately.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor or management.
