Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking a Cell Operator for the 1st shift to assemble and test valves and components using assembly machinery or jigs. This on-site role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires reliable, self-starting work habits.

You will follow test instructions, package products, complete production records, maintain cleanliness, and raise safety concerns when needed.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and close attention to details required.
• Able to read and follow written instructions and safety procedures in English.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test valves and components using assembly machinery or jigs.
• Package valves and components with proper labeling and materials.
• Complete production records and quality control documents.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report any safety concerns.
• Support supervisor and adapt to changing priorities.
